What is the exact problem you are having please? Can I assume that you
have Win Me currently running on your Sony Vaio? If so you should be able
to get the computer to communicate with your flash drive without needing
the Win Me CD. What happens when you insert the flash drive? In addition
do you have any Norton product installed. It would also help if you could
check your system for a folder containing the file BASE2.CAB (and a number
of other files with the CAB extension). By default this would be either
the Windows\Options\Cabs or Windows\Options\Install folder but it is quite
possible that Sony have placed these cab files in another folder.
Post back with answers if at all possible and someone will hopefully be
able to help you get your PC communicating with your flash drive.
