users being kicked of after 1hr

hi there

i dare say this is quite an easy problem but for the life of me i cannot see
where this is set.

i am currenlty playing a little with 5 users on a windows 2003 terminal
server. Each user is reporting and i have also found under test that after
1hr exact the server displays a message saying you will be logged off and
then the rd connection is closed


anyone here able to shed light on this and if it is just a setting explain
where it is
