Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>print (more info?)
I have installed and removed and reinstalled an HP Deskjet 3740
printer under Windows XP SP2.

The USB cable was removed and attached at the time it was requested to
be attached. It passes
all tests that I know of.

It works fine on the USB attached Windows XP system, but the XP nodes
that share the attached
network fail ot print to it.

Any ideas or suggestions to get this to work?
