My removable disk has one partial that has been distroyed, and it is
displayed as a local disk and unformatted. And one folder on the removable
disk has been distroyed too and can't open. How to recover or repair them?

1. Your date, time and/or time zone settings are still horked.

2. What is your Outlook Express question?
