USB mass storage device

I am using Windows 98 and successfully installed Nusb31e for my computer to detect my USB mass storage device It detects it and displays it under the Unplug or Eject Hardware application but it did not assign it a drive so I am unable to actually open the device Does anyone have any suggestions for how to have the computer actually do more then detect it? Windows wont detect PCMCIA card

Hello I have a problem I bought a PCMCIA Ethernet Card on the web it s the NEC WL11C when I plug it into my laptop it won t be detected by windows : I hear the bell and then I choose the folder where the driver is windows sets it up reboot and then I can t use it Please help Thank you T
