I suspect that the ATI card needs to be the primary adapter if this is to
work. Try removing the Creative card and then restarting the computer. This
should set the ATi to primary. Then exit Windows and shutdown and reinstall
the Creative card.

Some video cards must be the primary in order to work with multiple
monitors.
