Ok, I had AD .msc shortcut on my desktop, but the office upgraded workstations and now of course my shortcut does not work anymore (and I didnt think at the time to copy the link before moving my info to the holding area) by the time I realized the issue, my old workstation had been wiped.
The head IT person says it should be on my new workstation... not so. The regional supervisor says the directions are on the server in a folder on how to install- not the case either.
I'm working in a 2003 server environment with XP workstations.
