can't duplicate certificate template

hi all,
I have created a new certificate template based on a duplicate of the
computer
template. When I go into Certificate Authority and try to enable the
template I don't see it.
the CA is installed on DC,the DC server is windows enterprise edition
with SP1,could anybody tell me how can i resolve it?thx
