Hello,

I want to change a BDC to another domain (with a new PDC). However, there's
no connection with the old PDC because is doesn't exist anymore (crashed).

The old domain is named domain_A, the new domain is named domain_B. The BDC
has replicated with the WINS server from the PDC in domain_B, so that's not
the problem. Off course it can't any longer replicatie with the PDC in
domain_A.

When trying to change the domain to domain_B, it's not allowed because he
can't find the PDC.

Is there a workaround for it?

Kind regards,
Paul

A third party application called U-promote will enable the
BDC to join the new domain. Do a search on the inet to
find the app.

Good luck
