Word ADM template

Hi,

Does anyone know of an AMD template for WORD that allows admins to set the
font and font size?
and a GPO way of placing shortcuts on a user desktop (without using VBS
script as this is blocked by our AV). I have tried to create a custom ADM
template without much success, keeps erroring.

I'd do that by a customized normal.dot template and roll it out to all
clients. As far as I know, you cannot "enforce" a custom font and size.

No - you need to script that (not necessarily with a VBS, could be cmd
or bat as well).

What does your template look like? You could post it here so we could
have a look at it. (Please don't attach it, paste the source)

It´s saved in the normal.dot, replace it?

Can´t be done by ADM, because ADMs write/edit the registry, but
a link is just a file, so you need to copy it.

Use a Batch and a login script, if your AV is blocking this,
it is misconfigured and if you can not use login scripts at all,
because they are blocked and can not be excluded from scanner,
buy a different product.

Login Scripts MUST! work.
