Win.ini File

I am trying to clean up an old Pentium 100 P.C. to give to a charity. It's
running Win95.

After trying to remove all personal files and details when I boot up now I
get two messages.

Cannot find the file remind.exe (or one of it's components) make sure the
file and pathname is correct and that all required libraries are available.

Next message.

Cannot load and run remind.exe specified in win.ini file. Make sure the
file exists or your computer or remove reference to it in the win.ini file.

I really think this probably refers to an Iomega disk drive I have removed.

When I look in the win.ini file at the very start is the only reference I
can find for it that refers to remind.exe.

[windows]
load=C\TOOLS_95\REGISTER\remind.exe
run=
NullPort=None
DosPrint=no

[Desktop]

The rest of the win.ini file appears but I won't try and repeat it all here.

How do I change this win.ini reference to remind.exe.

Many thanks for any help as I want to get this old PC to the people who can
use it.

Change the "load" line to "load=" and save the change.
