Why am I getting the screen: Thank you for your interest in obtaining updates
from our site.

This website is designed to work with Microsoft Windows operating systems
only.
To find updates for Microsoft products that are designed for Macintosh
operating systems, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/mac/.

PLEASE someone help me out? It doesn't always do it but right now it isn't
giving up very easily!

Wait a few days. Microsoft are at long last aware of this problem which
started a couple of weeks ago. The problem is server side so there is
nothing you can do other than either keep trying on the chance you get in
or alternatively wait a few days.
