You have to add ALL of the PUBLIC side records to the INTERNAL
DNS Server manually.

It's called "Shadow DNS".

An external version of the zone on public DNS servers, and an internal
version of the zone on your internal servers.

What specifically do you not understand?

Make a zone externally (you probably have that already)
Make the SAME NAME zone internally
The Internal version needs to be DYNAMIC for AD
Add internal records to internal version ONLY

Add all external records to BOTH version -- manually
You probably have records in the external zone now, so add these
to the internal version of the zone
Maintain all changes to the external version in both places manually
