Dear all,

It happen a strange problem with my TS server. It is blocked new logons!
When my users try to do a logon, they put the password and receive a blue
screen. The users that already connect can not make a Logoff and when the
administrator make a logoff for their users over TS manager, the process
continue actives .. only to finish over taskmgr.

I am use Windows Server 2003 with SP1 (std edition) and I already try reolve
this with UPHClean, but don“t work! note:
I had AD installed in this server, because I have GPO“s..

thks,
Janaina

1) Have you replaced the shell (i.e. making the users have another shell
application instead of explorer)?
2) Have you tried to RESET the sessions in TS Manager?
