When you get an "illegal operation" error message, click the "Details" button, and
post back with the exact details word for word, up to but not including the memory
registers. Also tell us when they occur.
If you are getting frequent errors, I would avoid Defrag and Disk Cleanup until you
determine the cause of the errors. If the issues are due to memory errors or the
hard drive problems, Defrag could just make the situation worse.
