Miami is currently looking for a Sr. UI Architect for a large client
in the South Miami area.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the UI Architect will be responsible for
translating business/product requirements into visual documentation
for the business for the business to approve and for the development
team to use in creation and enhancement of features on websites. The
ideal candidate should be versed in both interaction and visual design
and have the capabilities to bridge the gap between user requirements
and web development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams of business owners, project managers,
designers and developers to determine project goals (user needs,
business needs, etc.) and project constraints.
Develop appealing and functional information and navigation
architecture to promote users ability to navigate and find needed
content.
Create sitemaps, wireframes, storyboards, navigation prototypes, or
other documentation as needed.
Develop process flow for modules.
Perform user goal and task analysis to build personas, scenarios,
requirements and test scripts.
Work with internal team to continually refine our IA process.
Understand, apply and promote usability standards and best practices.
Work effectively with project managers to meet expectations on time
and on budget.
