Security logs not getting generated

Hi,

This is windows 2000 server which is a domain controller. The problem is
security logs are not getting generated on this server since long. Seeting
for log size for security logs is made as "Overwrite events Older than 7
Days".

I am unable to find the resolution for this issue and we desperately need to
check further security logs. Urgent help would be appreciated.
