Saving Word 2007 Docs (*.docx) on Server

When saving Word 2007 documents to a Windows 2000 server shared folder, the
documents cannot be re-opened by double clicking on the icon. You
have to right click on the document and then choose OPEN to view the
document. Word documents saved in an earlier version of Word (97 - 2003) do
not have this problem.
