The RPC Server is unavailable

Hello and thanks in advance. I have a Windows 4.0 Server that all of a
sudden gives an error when trying to print to it. "THE RPC SERVER IS
UNAVAILABLE" It was working fine a week ago and the problem started on Friday
July 27. Any suggestions and links will be very helpful.

This is probably because the "Print Spooler" service is stopped. You can
restart it from the "Services" control panel.

If the service keeps failing, it could be due to a faulty printer driver,
try to remove any printers and drivers you might have installed lately.

Hello Christoph,

To resolve the issue is I re-installed the service pack SP6a and everything
works great now. Thank you for your advice and help.
