Hi !

I have one m/c with W2K DC server having broadband connection and only one
static IP given by ISP which has configured on the broadband modem whereas
the DC m/c is configured with NAT IP. Now I've configured the m/c with Web
Server which is quite accessible from outside network i.e. internet. But for
some reason I need to access my DC m/c from outside network i.e. internet
which is not happening.

Any Solution!

Thanks in advance

Hello Vasudev,

Your machine is configured as a webserver, if i got you correct, so your
ISP has to forward the website name to your ip address.

BUT, your DC should NOT be a webserver and also NOT be connected direct to
the internet. At least there must be a firewall between WAN and LAN and you
should use in the LAN private ip range from 10.x.x.x or 172.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x

Best regards
