Trying to get an old Win95 system up an running. Win95 is necessary to run
FAST (German) movie editor, which was never updated to run on anything newer.

Made all the hardware changes needed and got 95 to run. But FAST crashes
it. Have a clue where the problem is. The only IRQ not used are 5 and 9.
FAST will find an open IRQ in the range of 11 to 15 on install, but obviously
there are no open IRQs in that range.

It should be possible to move something from that range to say IRQ 9, then
FAST should find the opening and install. I have no idea how to do that,
more especially in a way the Windows will not undo the next time you boot.

What devices are currently using these IRQs? Some devices use jumpers on
the plug-in card, some are software configurable, some are dependant on BIOS
settings and some can't be changed.

What sort of device is FAST (I assume it's a device since it requires an
IRQ)?
