Where are the passwords kept for Internet sites. I have some low-security
accesses to many sites. Occasionally I change my pwd's, or have to end a
relationship with a vendor. Either way, I'd like to get rid of old/useless
pwd's.

The second problem is that when I click a link in OE, nothing happens(IE8
doesn't open, and go to that location). However, if IE8 is open, and I click
the link, things happen as they should.

I've been ashamed to ask these questions because I'm the computer answer
guy. Go ahead and laugh....

thanks ahead of time

Please try the IE8 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=...rosoft.
