Where is the control in Advanced Settings to enable IE7 Favorites Full Menus?
Is there a GPO for this?

Also, is it not possible to to display Favorites in IE7 on the command bar?
Most other Menu Bar items can be displayed on the Command Bar; but I can't
see how Favorites is placed there

Dear Bob,

Thank you for posting here.

From the problem description of the post you submitted, my understanding
is: You would like to know where the setting is to enable the IE7 Favorites
Full Menus and I also understand you would like to know whether it is
possible to add Favorites on the command bar. If I have misunderstood about
your concern, feel free to let me know.

Before going further, I would like to explain that the Favorites cannot be
added on the command bar directly but we can click on "Favorites Center"
icon in the command bar to view favorites, feed and the history. Thank you
for your understanding.

To show the Full Menu in the Internet Explorer, please refer to the
following steps:

Suggestion: Show All Items on Internet Explorer Favorites Menu
===============================
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the Advanced tab, click to clear the Enable Personalized Favorites
Menu check box, and then click OK .
3. Restart Internet Explorer and then test the issue.

For more information, please refer to the following KB article:

HOW TO: Show All Items on the Start Menu or Favorites Menu
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/230596

Please let me know if above information is helpful. If anything is unclear
in my reply, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will be glad to
help. Thank you for your efforts and time.

Have a nice day!

Yep, the "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu" did the trick. Thanks!

IE7 "help" would only point me to the "Advanced tab".

I see there is a GPO called "Turn off personalized menus", but I suspect
that only refers to the Start Menu.

Thanks again!
