Archived from groups: microsoft>public>win98>printing (more info?)

Hi,
Using the procedure from http://www.surrey.ac.uk/eng/helppoint/ict/printing/add_printer_98.html
I have successfully connected my HP J6480 All-In-One Network Printer
to Windows 98 SE running inside of Microsoft Virtual PC 2004.

As HP does not provide a Win98 Driver for the J6480, I am presently
using the HP DeskJet 660 Driver to print to the printer. I can print
in colour, black and white, etc.

The HP J6480 allows duplex printing, and other features.

Is there an HP driver available that is close to this printer, that
will work in Win98, that will allow me to take advantage of at least
some of the features of the J6480, besides just printing?

Thanks,

Joe
