With ie6 using Flash Player 9 watchin a live cam, I get the video
freezing frame about evey second or so. On the same machine and same
programs, I get smooth video. Is this an isue with win98se or can it
be fixed?

It should have said

With ie6 using Flash Player 9 watchin a live cam, I get the video

I get smooth video on my 98 system. I even have flash version 10
installed.

Is the camera on your own local lan, or on the internet somewhere?

Hey 98guy, how about sharing how you installed flash 10. My 98 system
only allows v9. Today, went to a youtube site and IE crashed ... because
flash 10 was required !! (thanks adobe)
