I just upgraded my PDC to 2000 AD. Can I demote my BDC's that are NT to
Member Servers? If so, how?

You cannot do this Natively without reinstalling the operating system. There
is a 3rd party tool called Upromote that works good and is only like $99
last time I checked.

You can't even do it now with Upromote. When you upgraded the PDC you also
changed the BDCs since you changed the Domain. For example before you went
to AD you could take a BDC offline and promote it to PDC. Now you can't do
that. The BDCs are only listening to the PDC emulator on the AD DC

forgot to add you can now upgrade them to W2K server and not be a DC which
will make them member servers.
