I cant seem to figure out how to change win98 and office 2000 to
columbian spanish. I am donating my laptop to some VERY poor folks who
can really use it but stupid me cant figure out how to reset the
default language. Anybody know? It's got me stuck...Thanks Everybody

There's no way to do that. The only way to switch languages is to buy
an OS in the desired language.
