Hello,

I want to change the primary domain controller from NT4 Server to 2003 R2
Server.

Is it possible to do it with only "a few clicks"?

Thank you very much!

I have to add, that there are TWO machines, so the NT4 Server is running and
I installed another Server 2003 R2 machine as a client in the NT4 domain.

Is it possible to "downgrade" the NT4 primary domain controller to a backup
and "upgrade" the client to the Domain controller?

Thank you

Not possible. You have to upgrade the NT 4.0 PDC to
W2k3 or install the new server as a BDC then promote it
to primary (this will demote the original PDC to BDC)
and upgrade to W2k3. Leave in mixed mode until you
remove the old server now BDC.

If there aren't a lot of users I would rebuild the network
from scratch with a new copy of W2k3.
