Windows 95 doesn't require a password at installation or at any other
time.
To change the user name, log in using a different user name. By
default, that user name won't have a password.
To change (or remove) the password for an existing user name, log on
as that user and go to Control Panel | Passwords | Change Windows
Password.
Some notes:
1. With only one user set up, it doesn't matter what user name you use
to log on.
2. A password doesn't provide any type of security. You can cancel
the Windows logon and still use the computer.
