Here's a Simple Removal Instruction that might be helpful:

1. Stop SpyLocked Processes: (spylocked.exe)

2. Unregister the related SpyLocked DLL Files: (higehsg.dll,
geplxss.dll, tvomnc.dll, xkrdk.dll, onwtj.dll, fyxkaah.dll)

3. Delete the SpyLocked Files: (spylocked.exe, higehsg.dll,
geplxss.dll, tvomnc.dll, xkrdk.dll, onwtj.dll, fyxkaah.dll)

Try the "Download" program on that link (on a throwaway install) and
you'll see it install in a worse situation than with whatever sneaked
onto your box.

(Not all uninstalls actually uninstall something)

SpyLocked is quite a new rogue anti-spyware program and its not so
easy to remove it from your system. Use anti-spyware programs to get
rid of this nasty parasite but if this won't help you try
http://www.spywareremove.com/removeSpyLocked.html. Here I found more
information about SpyLocked and it's manual removal tools.

SpyLocked is a Dangerous fake antispyware software and it is update version of SpyDawn. SpyLocked is a variant of Trojan.Zlob. SpyLocked display a fake warning message to purchase the paid version of SpyLocked.

SpyLocked also displays a fake warning alert with flashing icon on your system tray. A Pop up balloon warning messages claiming that your PC is infected. For example : "Critical System Error", "Your computer is infected", "System Alert", "Security Alert", Trojan-Spy.win32@mx", "Virus Alert", "Security Alert" or "Spyware.Cyberlog-X".

The below link will help you to remove it manually and automatically.

It sounds like you are infected with the latest variant of the SmitFraud family, Spylocked. You can automatically remove most of the infection using the free smitrem tool, or you can manually remove spylocked.

Once you have the infection removed, you might want to install FireFox (if you are not using it already) FireFox tends to help *a little* in preventing these kinds of infections. Good luck!
