I installed a temp. bowser program that cleaned away your history for windows
xp and my wife deleted it and the recycle bin. I got the the bin back on the
desktop but it will not open or allow me to name it either as the recycle
bin. I just won't my bin to be working again. HELP ME PLEASE.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)
Paste the following into the Run box to repair the "Recycle Bin":
regsvr32.exe /i shell32.dll

You may need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
