Why does my printer print out 3 copies of a document from ..

I have a wireless hp all in one printer photosmart c4500. When i send a
webpage for example to print from the internet is prints off 3 or 6 copies.

In the printer q program / spooling printer job kist it shows the item you
want to print as printing.

Importantly under pages is shows "3/1" or "6/1"

I have the page setup to a4, copies as 1.

Even if i select 'pages' as 1, it still prints 3 or 6 copies

I dont believe the problem is the actual printer, it is some kind of
software issue????
