missing wininet.dll and missing iertutil.dll

I start my computer and it brings up my desktop picture but not my icons. It
says missing wininet.dll and iertutil.dll. I have tried task manager I have
tried reset to good configuration but cannot put in a date. Windows button
and left click does not work. Please help!

Depending on which SP you have installed on xp,thier is a fix for that
problem,go
to:http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms05-025.mspx
And locate the fix...If SP3 is installed,the fix might not install.Either
way,once
in xp,press Ctrl_Alt_Delete keys and bring up task mgr,in task
mgr,applications,
new task,type:cmd In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow Install xp cd,exit the menu
window.Once Sfc is thru,type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,remove cd,restart
pc...

Ok after chkdsk c:/f it says the type of file system is FAT32 cannot lock
current file. when i restart it still gives me the same errors. what next?
