There's no way for us to know what he did to your computer, so I suggest
that he brings the computer to a technician - and pays for it.

In addition to what Leonard said -

Your computer must have at least one user account with admin
rights. However, some of the user names might be missing from
the log-on screen.

Before you incur the expense of a professional, try starting in
Safe Mode. Safe mode may offer you an opportunity to log on as
"Administrator".

Are you able to use Safe Mode to log on as administrator?
(Hopefully, you will know the password for the Administrator
account - or the Administrator account might not require a log-on
password)

If you can access the Administrator account, please post back for
further instructions. And when you post back, it would be
helpful, if you could provide the complete list of User accounts
that are listed in Safe mode - and indicate which accounts have
admin privileges.
