xp pro sp3, office 2003. Recently, changes made in Word (tools>options) do not become default settings. They remain in effect till the next reboot. Each time I reboot my computer, I have to redo all the changes I want. For some reason the changes are not being saved. This is a new development. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
