Every time I change the screen to a different page, no matter what program I
am using at the time, the page will minimize and drop down to the task bar.
In order to get it back up I have to right click it. At other times it will
pop up a blank Windows Explorer screen which hangs and must be canceled. If
two windows are open, the one I want to use will drop down when the mouse
touches it unless I make it full screen. I have learned to deal with it but
at times I have to repeat the process in order to get the screen I want to
use. Very frustrating. I have done a virus check and get the result that
there are none.
