Windows Firewall Disabled by Group Policy-help!

A computer running XP Home was taken for repairs, but the store added group
policy settings that I can't find how to get rid of. The most critical thing
they did, that I can find, was to disable Windows Firewall. How do I get rid
of these Group Policy Settings?

Windows XP Home doesn't have a Group Policy Editor, you will have to
edit the registry manually. Registry References here:
