I have a 4port generic usb 2.0 hub that works in several computers except the one I need it to. When I plug it in usb, XP recognized as generic hub but cannot find the driver. It is plug & play and does not have its own driver.
Where can I find the XP usb hub generic driver...

I wonder if your computer is missing the XP distributed device file for a usb hub.
