Screen Inverted

Hi,

I had this problem a couple months ago and someone answered it for me....and
now the problem has happened again and I can't find my original post.

My problem is my computer screen has inverted. Right now as I type this, I
have to stand my monitor on its right hand side to see the words on the
screen properly.

I forgot how to get it back to normal. I went into the control panel and was
looking around but I just can't seem to remember how to do it.

I remember the solution was very simple...and if anyone knows, I'd be
grateful.

Works for NVidia Cards, may work for others.

Right click the Desktop | Properties |
Settings tab | Advanced button | Video Card tab |
NVRotate | Select Landscape (0 degree rotation) |
Click Apply | Click OK | Click OK

Hi Wes,

Thanks but that didn't do it.

I remember the solution did have to do with "rotating" back to normal.

But I don't remember how to get back to that function.

If anyone does, please let me know.

As far as your commands, I was able to right click the desktop, click
properties, than settings, then advanced, but then there was no video card
tab.

After I clicked advanced what I saw was:

""Adapter, Color Management, Monitor, General, TroubleShoot"

I figured Monitor was the logical one but when I clicked over there I didn't
see any function whereby I coudl rotate the monitor.

Anyone else help please? I know there is a solution to this problem someone
gave it to me before but I just can't find the post!!!

Dan, can it be that this inversion is the result of a setting of your
monitor hardware rather than in the Windows Control Panel?

You could try the buttons on your monitor to get a menu.

THIS REALLY WORKS! THIS REALLY WORKS!
I have a Dell Studio with integrated video card and this fixed it in 2
seconds. Do this first, it's so easy!
