SQL dumper

hi, i wanted to ask another question while im here. when i try to reset my
machine to an earlier date i always get an error message that says " SQL
dumper library failed inialization, corrupt or has been tampered with,
uninstall then rerun setup to correct"
i had got xp uninstalled at one time and had to reinstall it with the
original disk, did i do something wrong when i did that?

i have win xp and ie 6 or 7
