Remote Desktop Connection stopped working

I have been using Remote Desktop connection from my laptop for years. Yesterday Remote desktop started not wanting to connect to any of the computers on my LAN. The odd thing is that I can remote desktop into my server by going through the WAN side ip address but not on its LAN ip address. All firewalls have been disabled on both the laptop and server trying to trouble shoot this issue. I can remote desktop to any system on my LAN from any other system on my network narrowing down the issue to the laptop. But I know the Remote Desktop application is working due to the fact that I can remote into any system as long as I go through the WAN side IP address.

No changes have been made to the laptop recently.
