Can not new PASS WORDS to come to INBOX...

Hi Friends,

I can not get a new pass word from any internet website to come to my INBOX?

The website that I go to tells me that my PASS WORD is WRONG. They say that
they can ISSUE me a new PASSWORD. The site says for me to go to my INBOX.
They say that they have already sent me a new PASS WORD. When I go to my
INBOX the message with the new PASSWORD has NOT COME. Even after 10 minutes
it still has not come.

My wife lost out on a BID on E-Bay because she could not get the new PASS
WORD THAT E-BAY sent her to come up on INBOX???

We seem to be LOCKED OUT of MANY SITES because the SITE CAN NOT ISSUE US A
NEW PASS WORD?????

IS NORTON ANTI-VIRUS CAUSING THIS PROBLEM?????

They would be sending you a password in an e-mail. What e-mail client do you
use? Can you send and receive other messages? A message being blocked just
because it contains a password makes no sense.

It might be, but then it's hard to say without knowing more about your
pc and how you read your email. Since this is posted in a Windows XP
forum, I would naturally assume that your PC is using Windows XP. But
that doesn't tell me what or how you read your email. Do you use Live
Hotmail? Outlook Express? Thunderbird?

Depending on how you get your email, it is also possible that a spam
filter may be directing the email to a junk mail folder. So without
having more information, it is impossible to give specific advice.
