If I try to log in the "signing in" message appears and just stays there for
ever. If I put in a wrong password it gives me an error message. Other people
can log in from my account ok, and I can log in from other people's accounts
ok, or on to the MSN web site.

I tried deleting the network passwords, deleting the Credentials files and
reinstalling MSN, none of which worked.

Ideas welcome.

Greetings,

To correct this, click Start, then Run, then type:
%appdata%\microsoft
and click OK.

Right-click the MSN Messenger folder and choose Delete. After all this, restart Messenger
and see if the problem has been corrected.
