InternetShortcut icon

How can I change the Icon used for
an "Internet Shortcut" that would appear for any InternetShortcut?

Right click on the shortcut icon, Properties, Change icon, use one from the
display or go to the folder where you could have a custom icon.

I have known how to do that for a single icon, but I want
to change the default-icon for InternetShortcuts.

(I'm willing to modify the registry...)

If you run regedit and search for "InternetShortcut" you will see
a number of places where the "default icon" is specified, but I can't
seem to find the right one!

An internetshortcut is what you get when you drag and drop from
the internet explorer address-bar.

Why not change it in File Types?
Explorer-Tools-Folder Options-File Types
Go down to "URL Internet Shortcut", click Advanced, then Change Icon
