Can I protect only one folder on my HD so others in network (home or small business network) can't go inside?

XP and Vista do not use passwords to protect resources. NT-based operating
systems use permissions instead. Here is information to help you with that:

How to disable Simple Sharing and set permissions on a shared folder in
Windows XP (Pro only)
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=307874

How to configure file sharing in Windows XP (includes information about
permissions):
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040

By default in XP Home, you can only make files and folders under My Documents
"private". Otherwise, to see the security tab in XP Home, restart in Safe
mode and log on with an account that has administrator privileges. To get
into Safe Mode, repeatedly tap the F8 key as the computer is starting up.
This will get you to the menu where you can choose Safe Mode.

Note that the file system must be NTFS, not FAT32.

Passwording of folders is not supported unless you zip them. When you do
(right click a folder, then "send to > compressed folder") and then open the
zip file, you will find an option under file>"add a password". Otherwise, use
third-party software. Google "password protect folders".

Easy: Give your other users a separate account. Make them Limited Users.
They won't be able to open any folder in your account.

TNX!

ZIP file is a good idea for that.

If you mean network shares, you should in any case work on the principle of
only sharing what is needed. Sharing the whole drive -and then trying to
block access to certain files- is bad practice.

Because of specific business I have few persons must work on same workstation and I can't interupt the runing program. I just want
to protect few folders from nosey eyes.
The network is protected from outside and more different accounts is useless.
Think that idea with protected zip file is OK (for now).

You can try the software :Gili File Lock

Gili File Lock is designed for protecting files, folder and drives on
your local computer. In factly, it protects but does not encrypt the
protected files and folders, so it will never have the chance to destroy
your data and nobody can access or destroy your private data without
password.
