Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>help_and_support (more info?)
When in Control Panel I double-click onto Folder Options to open it, but it
seems as if nothing has happened. Yet, when I close the Control Panel window,
there it is! This does not happen with any other item I choose to open
within Control Panel. How can I reset the Folder Options window to always be
on top, please?
