Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>video (more info?)

I have a gorgeous PowerPoint presentation with animation and music that I'd
like to convert to a movie/video format that is accepted by YouTube -- .wmv.
..avi, .mov or .mpg extensions. Does anyone know of a way of doing that?

One easy solution is to use PPT2Video Pro

Convert PowerPoint to your favorite video format

Download PPT2Video Pro, then install then run it.

Add your PowerPoint .ppt file to PPT2Video Pro.

Set the output options to configure the video format you want to save your file as.'

Choose the folder to where your MPG video is output to.

Then Press 'Next' until finish.

At the end you'll get a video file you can play back.

PPT2Video Pro

converts powerpoint presentations (pps, ppt) to:
- video (avi, wmv, asf, mov, mpg, mpeg, mp4);
- shockwave flash (swf);
- animated gif;
- burn to CD/DVD.

Cool

Convert your PowerPoint to video formats
There is a free way for you:
Export your powerpoint slides to JPEG images, then use windows movie maker to make a video, But in this way all the animations and transitions in your presentation will be lost.

In order to keep all things retained in the original PowerPoint, you can try some professional tool in this area such as Wondershare PPT to Video
They can help you easily convert your PowerPoint to almost all popular video formats such as MPEG, AVI, MP4, WMV, 3GP and MOV.

Hope it can help
