Hello,

Here's a line that I recently read in Terms of Use from MSN Messenger.

"We provide the Service for your personal use. You may use the Service while
you are at work, but you may not use the Service to conduct business without
a separate written contract with Microsoft."

Does this apply to both MSN Messenger AND Windows Messenger and, or only
MSN? It just seems weird that Windows Messenger would integrate with
Outlook, and that it would provide a default category of "Co-workers" if
using the service for business would be a violation of the terms of use.

So, if this does apply to Windows Messenger also, how does one go about
establishing a "separate written contract with Microsoft"?

Thanks!
