Great. Glad to hear it. This had been posted before, but many couldn't
figure out how to do it.

thankyou so much i have been trying to figure out how to delete old messages
for so long. i just tried it and it worked like a charm. much appreciated.

The message said you have a message STUCK in the out-box folder.
Have you opened the out-box and see if something IS there ?
