I used the reg file and it fixed the 'This language is no.....' issue.
I wanted to add that the right-click - merge, does not work for me.
I had to open regedit, then import the file.
Nice job Ramesh! |

Had the same problem as everyone else with Vista. Found simple solution that
corrected my PC without messing around with the Registery which can create
other problems. Took Ramesh's original suggestions on the tool menu. He
missed one important step = under 'settings' MAKE SURE THE "always check
spelling ----" IS CHECKED. Did that and problem solved. Had no problems
with language tab as it was evidently pre-set to English as default.

The post directly below is correct. However, if your looking to change the
spelling setting in the open e-mail your currently working on, this won't
work..
YOu need to go into the tools in your in box window. Not the tools in the
open e-mail.
I hope I explained that..

Hi Ramesh - Thanks a million for the easy to follow instructions to set up
the spell check.
By any chance do you know anything about windows vista and adobe?
Cheers, Michele Cullen.

It means you are in the wrong screen.
You must be in the main Windows Mail screen, the one that
comes up when you start the program.

Hi -- I followed the original advice, and the error is gone - however,
despite the message saying "Spell check compelte" no corrections are actually
made, despite having tested it with a number of deliberately mis-spelled
words.
So what do we do when the error is gone -- but it's not really
checking/correcting the mistakes?
thanks,
Kes

Sorry if this has been covered but this thread is rather long.
I would like to know how to change the spell check from American English to
UK English. Can't see how at the moment.

Thank you Julien - I have to say that I'm not impressed with that. I have a
'thing' about spelling correctly.
